I recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful hotel near Sultanahmet, where the gastronomic offerings surpassed my expectations. The breakfast room boasted a view of the Bosporus, making for a serene start to the day. A hearty continental breakfast was on offer, featuring various omelette options and freshly squeezed orange juice - a delightful touch that reminded me of my own tea estate's devotion to quality. The ambience was welcoming, with the staff displaying a genuine eagerness to assist. I enjoyed exploring local dining options, including the charming Siva Cafe Restaurant, just minutes away. While the hotel was clean and well-heated, the noise from the air-conditioning system in my room was disruptive at times. Despite this, the overall experience, particularly the innovative culinary focus, certainly enriched my stay. I recommend this hotel for any food enthusiasts exploring Istanbul.
